Very Good pre-owned condition but still view/zoom in on the pictures for condition.
Teddy Bear Scene event in Oct-Nov 1998 with this Limited Edition 'Library Bear' there were only 500 made.
It is back-stamped in gold, he has a gold bow tie, and the leaves of the books he is sitting on are in gold paint as well.
