Brand & Model: Woolrich (made in USA) – this is from the period when Woolrich still manufactured a lot of their outerwear domestically. The specific label (“Woolrich® The Original Outdoor Clothing Company”) in that font and layout was used right around the turn of the millennium.
Style: Classic quilted hunting/field vest. Olive drab exterior with plaid wool lining (typical Woolrich colors), diamond quilting, corduroy piping on the armholes and front edges, faux-wood buttons, two hand-warmer pockets + two lower flap pockets.
Fabric: Shell is a waxed or treated cotton (has that slightly waxy feel and faint scent that old Woolrich waxed cotton pieces get), lined with a wool-blend plaid, lightly insulated (probably polyester or a wool/poly blend batting).
