**please note that this purse was previously bought from a smoker home so when I did receive it, it did have a faint smell of cigarettes. Since I’ve been using it and placed scented dryer sheets inside to help alleviate the smell, it has faded but note there may still be a hint of it left over. I have no tried to hand wash it, I will leave it up to the buyers discretion**
