Super cute in great condition. There is some minor pilling on the front mid section area I tried to show in photo number 3 but it’s hard to tell due to the color. This item has been worn but still in amazing condition, no known rips or stains just the small pilling mentioned above. This comes from a smoke free home but pet friendly. (I have a big dog so I try my best to get all the hair off)

Length in the front is 18 inches (this is a hi low as shown in photo number 7
