ULTRA RARE Prototype that never got to be mass produced. Bought from Japan when I visited the Pokémon Center, Tokyo, and was shown a room of discontinued or shut down products. I believe this was resin, sculpted and painted by a professional bc the details are strikingly real and beautiful.
