I believe this is the lowest price for a Koubou Setsugi Glasso, so no price reduction is possible (though I'd consider something like 1 yen).
Currently functions as a black ballpoint pen.

The ballpoint pen cannot be retracted.
There is a clog inside, and the mechanical pencil and twist mechanism do not function properly.
