Preloved and gently used. It was very elegant when I used it to go to church. I received a lot of compliment because of the bag. But it was too big fot me, I prefer to something smaller. Some flaws in the inside like in the pictures. And some marks on the brackets of the handles due to the long straps. The bottom, please refer to the last pictures. From outside, the bag still looks perfect, like a new one. 12x9.5x5 inches
