As shown in the pictures the yellow Flatcar is missing wheels additionally one of the straight tracks is missing a spoke. All the other pieces are in good working shape. The transformer powers on as shown in the pictures. There is an adapter and a piece which appears to assist with connecting power to the rails. I could not test the overall function of the set as I am not a model train enthusiast and was uncertain on how to wire the train.
