This Frozen cosplay was custom made for a birthday event. The bodice is made from a bustier, I believe a 32A. There are sheer sleeves attached to the bodice, but there are not very secure, and very delicate.
The tutu skirt is well-made and very full. It sparkles and has snow flakes sewed on. There is a detachable cape, however I never liked the rough edges (see photo) or the length of it. This costume wasn’t made perfectly and there are things I wanted to add/fix to make it better, but if looking for a basic costume, it works perfectly. Or can be altered to make a beautiful professional cosplay.
It will fit a small woman or teen perfectly. The waist measurement on bustier is 26, bust is 32. The tutu stretches well. Please feel free to reach out if any questions.
