This is a very solid knee brace that was only lightly used due to an ACL reconstruction. The padding is only minimally worn as shown no scuffs or damage. All the Velcro straps come with it and are like new...it is labeled as 'Right' and I did use it on my right knee for the ACL. Also I think it is a 'M' but that mark is somewhat abraded so I can't be sure...I am 5'11" with leg muscles that are not massive, so 'medium' might be right.
This brace is perfect for any kind of knee surgery recovery or arthritis, it really helps offload the knee and provide rock solid lateral support.
