"Fake" figures is referring to off-brand or counterfeit Bluey figures and not authentic Moose Toys figures.
The figures by moose toys will always have the logo on them. usualy on the back or on bottom some times both. Some also have black or white letters/ numbers but the logo will also accompany it.
Snickers, just as in the show has a hard time sitting and standing because he is so long. the moose toys figure tail will be the correct length to use as a "kickstand" to help him stand but yes it is still very difficult. the fake snickers you can realy tell where the hat is glued on and you can tell by the bottoms of the feet will not be the correct hexagon shape.
