Lot of three vintage goldtone sailing ship brooches, decorated in silver, black & red enamel.
The largest is actually a pirate ship complete with the Jolly Roger skull & crossbones on some of the sails. It measures 1 5/8" wide x 1 1/2" high. The back is marked "Spain".
Next is a ship brooch that's 1 3/8" wide x 1 1/2" high. It has a figurehead that looks like some sort of sea serpent. It is unmarked.
Last is the smallest brooch, measuring 1 1/4" wide x 1" high. It has bright red enamel Maltese crosses on the sails (some irregularities in the red enamel - see photo #12). It is also unmarked.
All three are in excellent condition otherwise.
