Blue Dressed Dutch Painted Porcelain gold rimmed antique Victorian brooch 1900's . Good used condition with little signs of normal wear. Brooch fastening has C clasp with an extended pin stem for use on heavy garments. Beautiful bright colors with textured gold painted frame. Framework shows small signs of wear. Paint is in great condition. Brush strokes seen under magnification.
