These gorgeous old measuring cups were probably in use around the time the Titanic sank, such ones might have even been used in it’s great kitchens in the early 1900’s. These are wonderful because they have soooo many hallmarks on them with a confusing but interesting historical appeal to them. They are marked Hercules under the bottom, but then some are marked Manufacturers of The Oriental Metal Pressing Works Bombay on some sides then others are marked Welling Works, Belcaum along with various other interesting marks. Also has an Oriental Trademark. Absolutely fancinating! Welling Works is still in business today if that is any indication of the quality of their products over the years. Original patina and wear from around 100 years of being loved and used, with many more years to go! ~Enjoy!
