This mini top hat is sooo freaking cute!! ๐คIt was handmade by Elaine Foster of Art of Adornment. She isn't currently selling any hats on her website at this time and this one was either one of a kind or part of a VERY limited series. I think I only wore it once or twice..It's a white hat with black velvet stripes, black velvet hat band, black trim detail, black & white feathers, and a black flower with faux pearls.Please note that it's a MINI top hat, not a full size one. It's about 4" tall and the base is about 7.25" x 6.75". It has a comb and an elastic band on the underside of it to help secure it to your head.
