I’m not a professional or expert grader by any means, but from what I do know and from what I can see on this book, I think this is likely in the VG+ to FN range. Discrepancies include minor wear and fading on cover throughout. Creases in spine and in areas in cover. Minor staining /soiling throughout. Small tears on cover and on two interior pages.
Staples and centerfold is tight. No missing pages. Complete. Looks like white to off-white pages.
Might benefit from a clean and press but no guarantees it’ll bump the grade due to the color break.
